EGEC, together with the renewable energy industry, signed a statement ahead of the vote on December 7th on the Governance of the Energy Union .

Ahead of the vote on December 7 in the European Parliament committee on Industry, Research and Energy, the Renewable Energy associations jointly devised a statement on the Governance Regulation.

Renewable energy associations’ joint messages on the proposal for a Regulation on the Governance of the Energy Union

Amendments to the Renewable Energy Directive were tabled by Members of the European Parliament in June 2017.

In the context of the debate on the recast regulation on the Internal market for electricity, EGEC joined other renewable energy associations to call for the preservation of the priority of dispatch for small and demonstration projects.
