The Geothermal District Heating and Cooling Days 2024 will take place in Paris, France, on 9-11 September 2024.
District heating and cooling and geothermal energy offer vital options to decarbonise the heating and cooling sector and reduce the dependency on energy imports in Europe. Although these concepts have a long tradition of use in Europe, they still cover a niche with a significant potential for market growth in the upcoming years.
The Geothermal District Heating and Cooling Days 2024 is organised by the European Geothermal Energy Council (EGEC), in collaboration with the host organisation the French Association of Geothermal Professionals (AFPG), and supported by SAPHEA & COST action.

Are you conducting groundbreaking research or implementing best practices in geothermal district heating and cooling? This is your opportunity to share your knowledge and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions. We invite you to submit your contributions in the form of short abstracts (maximum 2000 characters) to events@egec.org by 24 May 2024.
Accepted submissions will be presented as oral or poster presentations as well as a recorded micro-presentation, which will be posted on the event’s website.
