Developing geothermal district heating projects

In our previous webinar, we delved into the exciting realm of geothermal district heating projects and their proven success. In this moment, more than 400 geoDH plants are in operation, with an additional 300 projects under development.

First, the process of developing a successful project was explained, followed by a presentation of a selection of district heating geothermal projects that have achieved remarkable results. Valuable lessons learned were shared, along with general guidelines aimed at inspiring and guiding future developers. Additionally, thriving business models that have demonstrated exceptional effectiveness in the geothermal sector were presented. Furthermore, the topic of providing heat to industries and selling heating to clients was discussed.
