On 12 April 2024, Professor Zdzisław Krasnodębski MEP held a full-day international conference on “Unlocking Geothermal Potential in the EU” at the Andersia Hotel in Poznań, Poland.

The conference focused on EU policies and prospects for further development of geothermal energy in Europe and its various applications. Several important European projects were also showcased during the event.

EGEC Highlight

Sanjeev Kumar, Head of Policy, European Geothermal Energy Council (EGEC) took part in the first panel discussion on “EU policy and prospects for further development of the geothermal energy in Europe” together with:
