The Danube Region Strategy ‘Sustainable energy’ Priority Area (PA2) in collaboration with the Regional Centre for Energy Policy Research (REKK) are inviting you to a worskhop titled “How to accelerate natural gas phase out in Europe – First hand experiences and strategies from EUMRS “.
The workshop will take place on Monday 24 April, 14:00 – 15:30 CET. as part of the 4th EU Macro-regional Strategies Week (between 24-28 April) organized by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy.
At the workshop the speakers will present supply side and regulatory measures as well as demand side reduction measures to accelerate natural gas phase out, and also case studies from the different macro-regions which serve as good examples for clean energy solutions creating permanent gas savings.
