EGEC contributed to the public consultation on the proposed changes to the Innovation Fund application procedure for large-scale projects.
In its contribution, EGEC expressed its support for the European Commission’s proposal to provide project development assistance in the form of grants and technical assistance facility. EGEC also advocated for a dedicated category for renewable heating, cooling, electricity and lithium extraction in the Innovation Fund.
