EGEC provided recommendations for the Horizon 2020 EU Green Deal Call.
EGEC responded to the public consultation on the EU Green Deal call that will be opened in September 2020. This call will allocate €1 billion for demonstration of clean technologies. EGEC advocated for the reinforcement of the role of geothermal technologies and the need to decarbonise the heating sector. Moreover, EGEC provided recommendations to include more topics in Area 2 and Area 5 of the EU Green Deal Call.
